Whole-Life, Success, and Balance

Who have you become? The journey of my life is only the beginning and it is the stepping stone to someone who needs it. I had to learn that it is not about me but about the value i can give to the next person. I took an oath to myself to become a better person and allow YOU, my faithful readers, journey with me. A very successful person once told me "You are a product of who you surround yourself with" and most of my life I realized I had been around the wrong set of people. Whole-Life, Success, and Balance, in my opinion, is Family, business, finances, health, and well-being, spirituality, relationships, and lifestyle. I got that from a very awesome book, known as The Compound Effect, by Darren Hardy.

In the book, it asked, What habits and behaviors do you need to subtract from and add to your life? He described this formula: You-Choice(decision)+Behavior(action)+Habit(repeated action)+Compound(time)= Goals(Hardy. D, Pg.74. 2010)



TOP THREE GOALS

GOAL NO. 1:


General description of WHO I NEED TO BECOME: Earn an extra $30,000 in income in 2021


I am a disciplined master of time efficiency

I am focused solely on high-productivity actions

I wake up an hour earlier and review my to-do list/schedule for the day

I fuel my body with good foods and workout three days a week so I am energetic and highly effective each work hour.

I surround myself with peers and mentors who elevate my expectations and push me to be better, disciplined, committed, and achieve great levels.

I am a smart, confident, and effective leader.

I am successful

I deliver excellence to my peers

New habits, disciplines or behaviors I need to START

Get up at 545AM, Feed my mind with positive material- 30 minutes, 30 Minutes Audios of something inspirational and Instructional every day. (WWG)

1 Hour of listening and Communication app

Daily communication with upline and engaging with productive conversations

30 Minutes Of Devotional Time

30 Minutes of planning, eating a healthy fiber and protein breakfast

Exercise for at least 30 minutes three times a week

Reaching out to at least 10 new and old contacts per week, checking in-building relationships and character.


Existing healthy habits, disciplines, or behaviors I need to EXPAND:

Being professional and recognizing achievement within myself and my future team, Outsourcing the administrative task to run my business more efficient

Poor habits or behaviors I need to STOP:

Fight Laziness

Watching TV for more than 2 hours

Saying YES to projects and request that conflict with my highest priorities

Limiting Social Media During the day-Only For Business-Related Purposes

Eating Heavy Meals After 8 pm

I will stop feeding my mind with words and thoughts of failure and that I will never be enough

General description of WHO I NEED TO BECOME: I Need To Maintain a Healthy Lifestyle


I am committed to providing a healthy lifestyle for me and my children

I focus on shaping my abs, legs, and build lean muscle

I work out three times a week- A mixture of cardio and muscle building

I am beautiful

I am curvy and fit

I surround myself with women looking to stay fit and motivate each other

I will eliminate unhealthy snacks and meats to maintain my healthy lifestyle

30 Minutes of Workout Three Day A Week

General description of WHO I NEED TO BECOME: I need to become a SUPER TEACHER. I have found my true calling for Teaching and I need to further my skills in order to provide the best to my future students.
